If you have US credit cards with your ITIN, you already have US credit profile in the 3 largest Credit Bureaus in the US: Experian, Equifax and Transunion. Unfortunately, it is difficult to access your credit report and credit score with only ITIN. Below are several methods that you can try to access your US credit report and US credit score:

Equifax

Equifax is the only Credit Bureau that shows credit reports to ITIN holders. You can access Equifax credit report and credit score through:

• myFICO: shows US credit report and FICO 8 score
• Equifax: shows US credit report and Vantage 3 score

Experian

Although you cannot access Experian credit report with ITIN, you might be able to view your Experian credit score through bank mobile apps (e.g. American Express), or through 3rd party app (e.g. credit.com)

Transunion

Although you cannot access TransUnion credit report with ITIN, you might be able to view your TransUnion credit score through bank mobile apps (e.g. Bank of America)
