The Fraser Valley spans both the province of British Columbia, Canada and the state of Washington, United States. It is surrounded by Cascade Mountain Ranges. There are 3 Tulip Festival locations in Fraser Valley:

Lakeland Flowers, Abbotsford Tulip Festival (Abbotsford, BC):

Botanica Flower Festival (Chilliwack, BC):

Harrison Tulip Festival (Agassiz, BC):

Each location has its own characteristics. Lakeland Flowers in Abbotsford probably has the largest Tulip field and variety; Harrison Tulip Festival has beautiful backdrop of Mt. Cheam; Botanica Flower Festival has many fun activities for kids.

Consider visit early in the morning or on cloudy days. If you visit on a sunny weekend, it is going to be crowded, although the traffic would not be as bad as Tulip Festival in Skagit Valley.
